Paul Dorney is a seasoned tech leader, currently serving as the CTO at BOSSCAT (formerly PunchListUSA) with a profound passion for startups and problem-solving. Graduating from University College Cork in 2006, he embarked on a remarkable journey up and down the US, transitioning from natural language processing products to digitizing the sports officiating space and now helping make home ownership easier with BOSSCAT.
With a track record of success and plenty of bumps, Paul’s career spans significant roles at esteemed companies such as EMC/DELL, SAS and Fidelity. Along the journey Paul cofounded and built the largest sports officiating platform(Silbo) in the USA before exiting in 2020. Throughout his professional journey, he has honed his skills in agile practices, fostering open communication, and implementing robust systems to address growing pains in organizations.
