A tinkerer at heart who grew up taking apart and (mostly) putting things correctly back together, Jon brought that enjoyment of fixing things to his professional career. Starting his career as a front-line helpdesk technician, Jon progressed through various infrastructure and project roles before stepping into a leadership position.

Now with over 15 years leading IT teams of all sizes, Jon focuses on the fun of being a “helper” with the technology aspects of his roles being a perk. When not at work, Jon is a father of 4 in a family of Disney fanatics, a movie lover, and likes to pretend he’s a fitness junkie.
