Noy is a software engineering manager who believes in and practices multi-disciplinary expertise. Starting as a mobile engineer and moving on to work on big-scale backend applications and data pipelines, Noy has worked hard to learn and improve his craft continuously.
He takes his passion for technology and aspiration to build great solutions to build groups of strong engineers (years of experience are only sometimes relevant) who want to be tech industry leaders.
