The future starts with you!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Job Summary<\/h3>\n<p>As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be the person that will analyze all project requirements to determine the scope of the testing, developing test strategies, effective testing plans, test scenarios, test cases, and requirements traceability for projects. We much appreciate proactivity in the work we do, and we expect your constant involvement in the QA process with recommendations on how we can improve the testing process.<br \/>\nYou will also be the person we trust to ensure that application work is delivered according to the business requirements, while offering clear guidance to the team members.<br \/>\n<strong>Does this sound like a job for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The requirements that make you the perfect fit:<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Strong knowledge of QA methodology and test management tools<br \/>\n\u2022 Have the skills, knowledge and experience to prepare, implement, monitor, and improve test strategy and test process having a big picture on mind<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in performing BE testing (API and DB testing).<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in creating clear and concise test plans, test reports<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in creating metrics, reports, and dashboards for better visibility of the test status and progress<br \/>\n\u2022 Performs quality review of the technical documentation, test documentation, automated tests, understands the code, do formal reviews, and Inspections<br \/>\n\u2022 Understands test entry and exit criteria; understand the different techniques for identifying test scope and able to decide which one is to be used in each situation<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to identify requirements with the client<br \/>\n\u2022 Selects appropriate test cases that will be part of smoke, sanity and regression testing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>We\u2019ll also appreciate if you have:<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Experience in test automation<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in Unit and integration testing<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in Web application Security testing<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in Performance\/Load\/Stress testing<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong English written and verbal<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work with distributed teams in different time zones<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>About our benefits<\/h3>\n<p>We are a collaborative, supportive, and fun environment where people are valued.
