Marcus is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Hermes Logistics Technologies where he heads up their air cargo technology strategy, delivery and their engineering teams based in India, Israel and headquarters in the UK. Marcus has a 20 year history of working within ecommerce, instore retail, insurance, telecoms, Government transportation, recruitment, shipping, fintech and not-for-profits.

Prior to working for Hermes Logistics Technologies, Marcus worked for the Prince’s Trust as Senior Head of Technology leading the digital technology strategy, product and engineering teams across various departments helping to use innovation and technology to help young people achieve life changing goals
