Is it sufficient to start with idea development if it “looks” like the idea will bring business value? Many would say yes, but the truth is that proper planning must be executed to assess the validity of an idea, which will in turn show potential business or maybe other value to the company engaged in idea or product development. IT Labs’ Chief Innovation Officer, Blagoj Kjupev, will guide you through all the steps in this presentation – focusing on listing the basic assessment steps required to have a justification if the idea should be developed as a prototype or MVP, and when we have MVP – what it is required to have a product that should live and generate sufficient revenue to cover initial investment and running costs.

Blagoj Kupev is a passionate professional with a broad portfolio of skillsets in establishing teams and delivery centers for TIER1 clients. His technology and business domain background gives him a unique understanding of all aspects required for successful delivery. He’s been mentoring various teams on different activities, supporting small companies or start-up teams, helping identify weak spots, and proposing solutions that helped grow teams and businesses. As part of IT Labs, his passion is, with the help of his great team, to introduce new technologies and innovations into the existing portfolio of services provided by IT Labs.

IT Labs was founded the year 2005 in Los Angeles, CA. It was created with the sole purpose of producing the most high-performing, purpose and process-driven software development teams. Since day one, we have enabled our clients to compete with innovation and efficient development by providing them with turn-key teams, taking on the responsibility to hire, fire, and nurture talent for them. Today we count about 700 team members across multiple continents, supporting clients in most time zones.
