Taking care of employees is more than just satisfying their needs – in recent years, it has become a form of art. A form of art that, if executed properly, helps individuals grow and develop as professionals but also as people. In this Re:Imagine session, titled ‘Caring for the Wellbeing of Employees: A Systemic Approach’ at which, IT Labs’ Chief People & Talent Officer, Frosina Zafirovska, will dive deep into the subject of what employee wellbeing encapsulates and cover the three main areas of it: engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and benefits.

Ass. Prof. Frosina Denkova Zafirovska is a licensed psychologist, master of psychological sciences, and Doctor of Sciences in the field of mobbing and labor relations. The co-author of the “Activator – Your manual for professional development,” ass. Prof. Frosina is currently holding the Chief People and Talent Officer at IT Labs. She plays a key role in the IT Labs’ strategic management, as well as guiding the company’s processes of creation and implementation of programs for professional development and employee motivation, assessment, and selection of employees as well as talent attraction and management. Ass. Prof. Frosina is a fighter for employees’ well-being, satisfaction, and happiness in the workplace.
